The combination of a thin-film steel sensor with a self-developed ASIC enables measurements in applications with very fast changeover times. The recording of highly dynamic pressure curves, coupled with the compact size of the NAH 8254, makes it possible, for example, to analyse the opening and closing performance of valves, to follow the pressure curves of explosions and explosive pressure expansions, or to examine pressure spikes in hydraulic systems.
